We process and ship orders throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, all shipments are handled through trusted courier and logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, UPS, and other reputed carriers.

Orders within India are generally delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

International Shipping

International deliveries typically take 5–10 working days depending on the destination country, customs clearance processes, and local courier networks.

International shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package dimensions, and order value.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Customs regulations and import policies vary from country to country. In certain destinations or exceptional cases, local customs authorities may impose additional customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or clearance charges at the time of import or delivery.

Any such additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the respective customs authority or shipping carrier to avoid delays, returns, or non-delivery of the shipment. Heritage shall not be held responsible for any customs-related charges levied by the destination country.

Customs regulations, duties, and tax structures differ by country and remain outside Heritage’s control.
Delivery timelines may be affected by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

International Customs Documentation

For some international orders, especially high-value shipments, customs authorities may require additional documentation from the recipient. This may include:

Tax identification number
Social security number
Customs declaration forms

Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the shipment being returned to India. In such situations, customs duties, return shipping charges, taxes, and associated costs may be deducted, and the order may become non-refundable.
